In today's society, individualism and isolationism predominate. today buildings stand as individual objects within the urban fabric unrelated to others. This project aims to approach with individual and community involvement, to redefine the skyscraper as a social apparatus, transform from individualism and isolationism to operate within a collective model. To achieve greater depth in the closeness and human relationships of people who inhabit, the project proposes shared public spaces and technical facilities to connect separate buildings and programs. By stacking "boxes" in variant geometrical form, it has the capacity to break the traditional form of constant flow of fresh air and a maximum of natural light, orthogonal high rises, locating each box a step back from its immediate neighbour. This method improves the city apartments' living quality by providing each apartment with a roof garden, a Community-run as circulation to connect and interact with another typology to condense gathering groups of people benefit in community involvement.
